Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy
Need a different size of our Brazilian-cut knickers or want to swap that knitted jumper dress for another color? We’ve got you covered!

Important Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following intimate items if the hygiene seal is broken or tags removed:
- Thongs/G-strings
- French knickers
- Brazilian-cut underwear
Exception: Faulty items will be accepted regardless of hygiene seal status – please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you receive a defective product.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty (like our knitted jumper dresses with loose threads or thermals with stitching issues):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/fault
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund
